Aubin Grove Dental ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, including the additional protections that apply to health information.

What we collect

When you submit our appointment request form, we collect:

• your name, phone number and email address;
• your preferred appointment date and time;
• anything you choose to write in the message field.

To protect the form from misuse, our website also keeps a short-lived, anonymised (hashed) record of your device's network address. It cannot identify you and is deleted automatically within 48 hours.

How we use it

• to contact you and arrange your appointment;
• to send you a confirmation email of your request.

We do not use these details for marketing, and we never sell them.

How it is stored

Your request is delivered to our clinic email and handled by our reception team as part of your patient record. It is not stored in a database on this website. Clinical records are kept in accordance with our record-keeping obligations for health service providers.

Email is not a completely secure medium — please avoid including detailed health information in the message field. You can always tell us more over the phone or in person.

Disclosure

We do not share your personal information with third parties, except where you have consented or where we are required or authorised by law to do so.

Access, correction and complaints

You may ask us at any time to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by contacting us on (08) 9499 4355 or at info@aubingrovedental.com.au.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
